Rising through the ranks to obtain the rank of Lieutenant, Richard specialized in high-profile investigations and developed a keen eye for detail that he now applies to every client’s security strategy. As CEO, Richard oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of service and attention.

Mike Booker is a Co-Owner and the Director of Special Operations for B.L. Solutions, boasting over 20 years of experience in the Kern County Sheriff’s Dept. Mike has spent many of his years in law enforcement as a tactical operator. Having spent decades seeking additional training in areas like active shooter and site hardening, Mike continues to work tirelessly to improve his skill set for the benefit of B.L. Solutions and its clients.
