SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sponsorship Levels & Benefits
- All sponsorship fees directly benefit Operation Second Chance
- Sponsorship commitments must be received by April 26, 2025
- Payment must be received to secure sponsorship benefits
- No refunds after April 26, 2025
Logo & Materials
- Sponsor logos must be submitted in high-resolution format (.png or .eps) by April 10, 2025
- All promotional materials must be approved by event organizers
- Materials containing explicit or offensive content will not be displayed
- Sponsors are responsible for delivering promotional items by the specified deadline
- Event organizers reserve the right to position sponsor materials at their discretion
On-Site Presence
- Sponsors with booth space must follow all vendor terms & conditions
- Sponsor representatives must check in upon arrival
- All sponsors must adhere to event safety rules
- Sponsor activities must not interfere with competition or event operations
- Distribution of materials is limited to designated areas
Recognition & Publicity
- Sponsors grant permission for use of their logo and name in event materials
- Event organizers will provide the level of recognition specified in sponsorship package
- Sponsors may not represent themselves as event organizers or hosts
- Media recognition cannot be guaranteed
- Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of sponsor's products or services
Complimentary Registrations
- Shooter registrations included in sponsorship packages must be assigned by April 17, 2025
- All participants must comply with event rules and safety requirements
- Unassigned complimentary registrations will be forfeited
- Complimentary registrations cannot be converted to cash value
Liability & Cancellation
- Sponsors are responsible for their personnel and property at the event
- Event organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to sponsor materials
- In case of event cancellation, sponsors will receive appropriate recognition in rescheduled event
- Force majeure conditions release organizers from sponsorship obligations
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Processing Fees
- A processing fee is added to all transactions to cover credit card processing costs
- The fee structure ensures that 100% of your intended donation or registration amount goes directly to Operation Second Chance
- The added fee is calculated to offset the standard 2.9% + $0.30 credit card processing fee
- For example, a $100 donation will appear as $103.30 on your statement, ensuring the full $100 reaches the charity
- This fee calculation uses the formula: (Amount ÷ (1 - 0.029)) + $0.30
Transaction Security
- All payments are securely processed through Stripe
- Your payment information is encrypted and protected
- We do not store credit card information
- Receipts will be automatically emailed to the address provided
SPONSOR AGREEMENT
I have read and agree to comply with all sponsor terms and conditions. I understand that failure to comply may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits without refund.
